• How do I log into my Personal Account to view the history of my nights spent and my status in the loyalty program?

• Which bookings are subject to the loyalty program member's discount?

  The discount applies to reservations based on the rates on the hotel's website, by phone and by e-mail and cannot be combined with other special offers of the hotel. An individual CLUB/SILVER/GOLD/PLATINUM tariff is available for each loyalty level.

• How do I upgrade to the next level of the loyalty program?

  To increase your level in the loyalty program, you need to accumulate the number of stays (nights) at the SLIDE Business hotel. Each level includes a corresponding number of nights spent over 365 days.

• What is the validity period of my savings and my status in the loyalty program?

  The loyalty program status is valid for 12 months from the date of departure from the hotel. This validity period is extended by 365 days each time you stay at the SLIDE Business Hotel. If no new residence has been registered within 365 days after your last stay, your status will be changed to the previous one.

• How many hotel rooms per stay can I book on my account to receive a special rate?

  As a member of the loyalty program, you can book an unlimited number of rooms at a special price provided:

  • Accommodation is provided for the same period;
  • You are staying in one of these rooms;
  • You will pay all expenses (cost of accommodation) related to the booked rooms upon check-out.

  All privileges of a particular status apply only to the direct participant of the program.
